As Airbnb’s 2015 PRIDE Campaign was in creative development, I held my regular weekly check-in with Samantha, a producer on my team. We talked about her upcoming wedding, which evolved into a discussion about she and her partner Jamie's uncertainty about taking a honeymoon. Limited by the few places in the world they could safely travel as an out LGBTQ couple, they considered skipping one altogether. That emotional conversation became the inspiration for this film, which ultimately won the 2016 Webby Award for Long Form Online Film & Video.
